Q: Is there a charge for postage?
A: Postage to mail the card(s) with stamps, within the USA, is free! Additional international postage is required for cards mailed out of the USA. Upgraded tracking is available, $4.25 for First-Class Package, and $8.75 for Priority.
Q: What do the inside of the cards look like?
A: Here is an example of a birthday card. The note on the left will be printed directly onto the card, if the note is to large too fit we will print it in a letter format and add it to the card at no extra charge (great for Holiday letters).
Q: What will the envelopes look like?
A: The example below shows what the envelope will look like when the recipient receives it in the mail. This includes a real stamp and the addresses you select. (If tracking is selected, a shipping label will be used.)
Q: I need a card sent out right away, what do I do?
A: Just select 'Please Mail Card Today' most cards are processed and mailed the same day. Orders received after 4 pm MST or on holidays and weekends will be mailed the next business day.
Q: How are the cards sent?
A: All of our cards are sent in the mail with the United States Postal Service (USPS). All cards (without tracking) receive real US Postage stamps. Most mail arrives within a week domestically.
Q: Do you mail internationally?
A: Yes, due to the extra postage requirement a charge of $1.15 will be added to greeting cards. $3.50 for pop-up cards. Tracking is unavailable for any shipment out of the USA.
Q: Where can the cards be delivered?
A: The cards are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can be sent to any valid mailing address worldwide.
Q: How fast will a card arrive and can I track its progress?
A: Typically a card will arrive in a week once mailed(within the US). Our cards are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail with a postage stamp. First-Class mail letters(with stamps) have no tracking capability. The USPS does not give estimates on international expected arrival dates. Normally cards arrive in as little as a few days to a few weeks out of the USA (depending on recipient location). If tracking is selected, click on the tracking number provided or enter it here.
Q: Can I add a note to be printed in the card in a different language, such as Japanese or Russian?
A: Yes, you can paste the characters into the Note field and we will print and mail the card for you.
Q: There is an error in either the address or note, how do I correct it?
A: Just use the Contact Us page, be sure to reference your order number. We will correct the information right away. We will only be able to correct errors before you receive a shipping/mailing conformation.
Q: How do I send cards for a larger list?
A: We are happy to help, just use the Contact Us page and we will set everything up and create a custom order for you.
Q: Are the addresses and names I provide kept private?
A: Yes, absolutely! The information sent to us is always confidential we securely keep and protect the names and addresses you provide to us. We have never and will never sell any of our clients' information to any outsider and we do not use this information in-house for our marketing or for any reason, other than fulfilling an order.
Q: Do you offer your cards wholesale?
A: Yes, visit our wholesale portal below:
-Cards are mailed to your recipients by Blue Bird Cards by USPS (United States Postal Service) First- Class Mail. Weekend and Holiday orders are mailed on the next business day. USPS estimated delivery depends on the card's destination. Tracking information is not available via stamped USPS First-Class Mail.
Blue Bird Cards strives to mail all cards on the same day they are ordered. In unusual circumstances, the card may be mailed on the next day. Blue Bird Cards makes no guarantees as to the time of delivery or the card will reach its destination. We take all measures to ensure the delivery of your card. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to verify the correct delivery address of the recipient has been entered before order submission.
Once card orders are submitted they are usually processed very quickly. Once shipping confirmation is emailed, orders cannot be stopped or changed they have been processed and mailed. Before this period we can fix any errors found through the Contact Us page.
