Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide! All cards are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to any valid mailing address on the globe.

How fast will my card arrive?

  • Within the USA: Typically arrives within one week.
  • International: Delivery varies by location, usually ranging from seven days to a few weeks.
  • Processing Time: Order by 4:00 PM MST (Mon–Fri) and we will mail your card the same day! Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

What are my mailing options?

  • Standard: USPS First-Class Mail with a real postage stamp.
  • Upgrades (USA only): You can add tracking via Ground Advantage or choose Priority Mail (~3 business day delivery estimate).
  • Note: Tracking is not available for international orders or standard stamped envelopes.

How much does international shipping cost?

Β Due to extra postage, a small fee is added for international delivery: $1.70 for standard greeting cards and $5.00 for pop-up cards.


Personalization & Quality

What will the card and envelope look like?

We take pride in the "hand-sent" look. Your note is printed directly inside the card. If your note is too long to fit, we will print it as a professional letter and include it inside at no extra charge. Every standard envelope features aΒ real physical postage stampβ€”not a digital meterβ€”to ensure it looks personal.

Can I send a card in another language?

Yes! You can paste characters from any language (such as Japanese, Russian, or Spanish) into the note field, and we will print them exactly as provided.

Can I have blank cards sent to me?

Absolutely! To receive blank cards, please enter your own name and address in the Recipient field and leave the note and return address sections empty.

Account & Bulk Orders

I found an error in my order! Can I fix it?

Β If you catch an error in the address or note, please Contact Us immediately with your order number. We can fix any mistake as long as the card hasn't been processed for mailing yet.

Do you handle large mailing lists?

Yes! For bulk orders or large lists, please reach out via ourΒ Contact Us page. We’ll handle the setup and create a custom order for you.

Is my information private?

Your privacy is our priority. We securely protect all names and addresses. WeΒ never sell your data to third parties, and we don't even use your recipient's info for our own marketing. It is used strictly to fulfill your order.

Do you offer cards for businesses or corporate greeting cards?

Yes, our Business Solutions program makes it easy to send personalized, professional greeting cards at scale. We handle custom printing, addressing, real stamps, and mailing.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the recipient's address. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the card is in the hands of the USPS and cannot be changed.
  • Guarantees: While we do everything in our power to ensure your card arrives quickly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as we rely on USPS transit times.
