We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the original order date.Β
Exceptions β No refunds or returns will be issued for:
β’ Β Β Discounted or sale items (all sales are final).
β’ Β Β Gift cards.
β’ Β Β Any package that USPS tracking shows as βDeliveredβ β unless you open a formal USPS Missing Mail Search and USPS provides official written confirmation that the item was not actually delivered to the address you provided.
β’ Β Β Extra shipping fees paid (expedited shipping, etc.).
Important Shipping & Delivery Rules:
β’ Β Β Customer Selection of "No Tracking": If you select the "No Tracking - Mail with Postage Stamps" shipping option at checkout, you acknowledge that no tracking number or delivery confirmation is provided. By choosing this low-cost method, the customer assumes the risk of loss or non-delivery once the item is dispatched to USPS.
β’ Β Β Third-Party Recipients: If you request an item be shipped to a third party (e.g., a gift recipient), delivery confirmation to that requested address constitutes a completed contract. We are not responsible for disputes between the buyer and the recipient.
β’ Β Β Cancellations: Once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email is sent, the order has already been mailed and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or stopped.
β’ Β Β Address Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
β’ Β Β Risk of Loss: Risk of loss, theft, porch piracy, or misdelivery passes to you the moment USPS marks the package as βDelivered.β
β’ Β Β We make no guarantees about exact delivery dates or that the card will reach the recipient.
Refund Processing:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3β5 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to show the credit on your statement.Β
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Contact us within 30 days of your order date via our Contact Us form or email contact@bluebirdcards.com. Include your order number and a clear reason for the request.

We ship worldwide from Wyoming,Β United States, using the United States Postal Service ("USPS").
Processing Time
Orders are normally printed and handed to USPS within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding U.S. holidays). Same-day or next-day processing is never guaranteed. Non-Business Days
We do not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays (New Yearβs Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Standard USPS delivery does not include Sundays or holidays.
Domestic Delivery (United States)Β

β’ Β Β USPS Ground Advantage: 3β6+ business days.Β
β’ Β Β USPS Priority Mail: 2β3 business days (Estimated, not guaranteed).

International DeliveryΒ
β’ Β Β Delivery typically takes 14β25 business days after we hand the package to USPS. Delays of 30β60+ days are possible depending on local customs, your countryβs postal service, holidays, and other factors.Β
β’ Β Β You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other fees charged by your country.Β
β’ Β Β We mark all packages as βgiftβ or βgreeting cardβ with the correct low value, but we cannot guarantee your country will not charge fees.
TrackingΒ
β’ Β Β Tracked Shipping: Domestic and some international orders include tracking.Β
β’ Β Β Non-Tracked Shipping: If "No Tracking" is selected, the customer accepts that no status updates will be provided by Blue Bird Cards LLC or USPS after the item is dispatched.Β
β’ Β Β International orders may include limited tracking (may be visible until the package leaves the U.S.). After that, updates depend on the destination countryβs postal service.
Lost or Delayed PackagesΒ
β’ Β Β Once tracking shows βDeliveredβ (or the last update indicates the package has arrived in your country), we are no longer responsible for loss, theft, or porch piracy.Β
β’ Β Β For international packages with no updates after 45 days, contact us and we will help as much as USPS allows.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a customer-entered address error, we will refund the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable). To have the order re-shipped, you must place a new order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to customer-entered address errors.
