By accessing or using BlueBirdCards.com (the β€œSite”), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site.


1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Substitutions: If a card design is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a card of equal or greater value and similar design without prior notice.

3. Payment & Fraud Prevention

Verification: We accept only verified payment methods. All orders are subject to AVS (Address Verification Service) and CVV checks.

Risk Assessment: We may require additional verification or decline orders that appear high-risk. Fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier (USPS, etc.).

Delivery Policy: Once tracking shows β€œDelivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or porch-pirated packages.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, pandemics, carrier issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Notice: Carrier tracking showing β€œDelivered” to the provided address constitutes conclusive proof of delivery for the purposes of any chargeback, payment dispute, or refund claim.

6. Refunds & Returns

All refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using stolen payment methods or creating fake/multiple accounts.

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools.

Interfering with the Site’s security or functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to BlueBirdCards.com and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

9. Legal Disclaimers

Warranties: The Site and products are provided β€œAS IS” and β€œAS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: Blue Bird Cards LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Natrona County, Wyoming, administered by the AAA.

Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.

Privacy: Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes: We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of new terms.
